These terms cover your use of Quickmunch. By placing an order you accept them.
Who we are
Quickmunch is a marketplace. Restaurants list their menus here and cook the food; we pass your order to them and handle the payment.
Placing an order
An order is confirmed once the restaurant accepts it. Until then it can be cancelled without charge. Each order goes to one restaurant.
Prices and payment
Prices are set by the restaurant and shown with tax where it applies. Delivery fees and minimum order values are shown on the restaurant’s page before you order.
Cancellations and refunds
If your order is wrong or does not arrive, tell us within forty-eight hours and we will refund or replace it. Once a restaurant has started cooking, an order cannot be cancelled.
Reviews
Reviews must describe your own experience. We remove anything abusive, or anything written by someone who did not order.
Changes to these terms
We will post any change here, and the date at the top of the page will tell you when it changed.
