Credits & licences
The open-source components bundled with the product, and what your licence covers.
Everything is bundled
Every library below ships inside the theme or its plugins and is served from your own server. None is loaded from a CDN, so nothing breaks when somebody else's service goes down, and no third party sees your visitors through it.
What is included
| Component | Used for |
|---|---|
| Bootstrap and Popper | Layout, dropdowns and pop-overs throughout. |
| ApexCharts | Every chart in the dashboards and reports. |
| Leaflet | Maps, delivery zones and live delivery tracking. |
| Slick | Carousels and sliders on the storefront. |
| Isotope | Filterable grids. |
| Magnific Popup | Image and video lightboxes. |
| SweetAlert2 | Confirmation dialogs. |
| Font Awesome 5 Free | Icons throughout. |
| Poppins and Noto Sans Arabic | The typeface, and Arabic text in right-to-left layouts. |
They are permissively licensed — MIT or BSD for the scripts, GPLv3 for Isotope, and the SIL Open Font License and CC BY 4.0 for the fonts and icons — and free to redistribute as part of this product.
Bundled plugins
| Plugin | Position |
|---|---|
| WPBakery Page Builder | Bundled for use with this theme. It updates when the theme does; a licence of your own is only needed for updates and support direct from its maker. |
| Sigma Core and Sigma Restaurant | Part of the product, covered by the same licence as the theme. |
The other required plugins — WooCommerce, Redux Framework, Contact Form 7, MC4WP and One Click Demo Import — install from the WordPress plugin directory under their own GPL licences.
Country flags
Flag icons for cuisines are bundled as SVGs under sigma-restaurant/assets/flags.
Nothing is fetched from a flag service.
Demo images
The dish photographs and pictures in the demo are there to make a fresh install look real. They are demonstration content, not a licence to use them on a live site. Replace them with your own before you trade — see Maintenance mode & backups for clearing the demo.
What your licence covers
| Item | Position |
|---|---|
| The product | The theme and the Sigma plugins, governed by the licence you bought. Read it; it decides how many sites you may run and whether you may resell. |
| Bundled libraries | Their own open-source licences. |
| Demo photographs | Demonstration only. Do not ship them live. |
| Your content | Yours. Menus, images, customer data and everything you write belong to you. |
Services you connect yourself
These are optional, are not bundled, and have their own terms and pricing:
- Payment gateways — Stripe, PayPal and the others WooCommerce supports.
- Your mail provider — email delivery, through an SMTP plugin.
- Twilio — text messages.
- An AI provider — the assistant.
- Mailchimp — newsletter sign-ups.
- An analytics provider — visitor statistics, under Quickmunch - Theme Options → Integrations → Google & Tracking.
Nothing here is required. The product runs with none of them connected.
