Ring Sizes
Wrap a strip of paper round the base of your finger, mark where it meets and measure it in millimetres: the Ring Size Guide turns it into a US, UK and EU size. You can also measure the inside of a ring you own, or match it to the circle on the screen.
Size up: a ring has to pass the knuckle. A band 6 mm wide or more sits tighter, so take half a size more again.
Plain and hammered bands can be sized up or down by a size and a half in our workshop; eternity bands cannot. The first resize is free within 30 days.
Engraving
Rings and bracelets: inside the band or on the outside. Each piece takes the characters its band has room for, from 10 on a fine band to 22 on a cuff.
Inside the band $35, outside $45, whatever the length. Three letter styles: block capitals, classic italic and fine spaced.
We cut it in the Madison Avenue workshop in 3 working days, then the piece ships as usual.
Engraved pieces are made for you, so they cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Metals & Care
A thick layer of 18k gold (2.5 microns) over sterling silver: the look of solid gold at a lighter price. Keep it away from perfume and the pool.
Our 14k yellow, rose and white gold is solid and recycled; platinum is 950. Every solid piece is hallmarked.
Put it on last and take it off first; store each piece in its own pouch; polish with the cloth in your box. We clean and polish for free at both boutiques.
Shipping & Returns
US orders over $150 ship free; under that standard shipping is $8.00. Express in the US is $24.00.
Yes: Canada $18.00, Europe $24.00 and the rest of the world $32.00, duties paid on arrival.
Orders placed before 3 pm New York time on a weekday leave the workshop the same day.
Return unworn pieces within 30 days with the receipt for a full refund; engraved and bespoke pieces are final.
Gifts & Gift Cards
The signature box with an apricot ribbon is free; the silk scarf wrap is $18 and the keepsake case $28.
Up to 180 characters, handwritten on our card and tucked under the ribbon. Prices can be left off the receipt.
From $25 to $1,000, sent by email on the day you choose and valid for 3 years, online and in the boutiques.
