Orders placed before 3:00 pm on a weekday leave the same afternoon; later orders leave the next weekday. Standard delivery takes two weekdays, express one.

Standard delivery is $7.95 and free on orders of $120 or more. Express is $14.95. Click and collect is always free.

When the size is on the boutique’s rail, it is ready two hours after you order during opening hours. A size we send from the warehouse reaches the boutique the next weekday at noon.

Seven days. Bring your order number; you can try everything on before you leave.

Measure your bust, waist and hips and type them into the size finder. It gives a size for fitted, regular and relaxed pieces, and every product page shows which fit it is.

Relaxed pieces are cut fuller, so near the bottom of a size you can often take the one below. Fitted pieces want a centimetre to spare, so near the top of a size you take the one above. The finder works it out for you.

Thirty days from delivery or collection, fourteen days for sale pieces. Returns in a boutique are free; by post the label is $4.95.

Yes, in any boutique or by post. An exchange for the same piece in another size ships free.

Choose a design and an amount from $25 to $500. E-gift cards arrive by email on the day you pick; posted cards leave on the next dispatch day. Cards are valid for three years.

Type the code from the card on the gift cards page. The balance shows at once and you can spend it online or in any boutique.

An outfit is a top with a bottom, or a dress, worn with one pair of shoes and a layer or none. It counts when its pieces carry no more than two colour families besides neutrals.

Five pieces take five percent off, eight pieces ten percent and a full capsule of ten pieces fifteen percent, on top of any sale price.
