How Do I Book An Appointment?

Online in about a minute: choose a department, a doctor and one of the times they really have free. You can also call us on +1 (800) 555-0132.

Can I See The Same Doctor Every Time?

Yes. Choose your doctor when you book; their profile shows the days they work and their next free time.

How Do I Change Or Cancel A Visit?

From your account, or by calling at least 24 hours ahead so the time can go to someone else.

Do You Offer Same-Day Appointments?

For children and urgent problems, yes. Call in the morning and we will find a time that day.

Which Insurance Plans Do You Accept?

Most major plans. The insurance page lets you estimate what your plan pays before you come in.

What If I Do Not Have Insurance?

You pay our list price less 15% for paying yourself, and we agree the cost before any treatment.

When Will I Receive My Bill?

Within two weeks of your visit, after your insurer has paid its share.

What Are The Visiting Hours?

08:00 to 20:00 every day at the General Hospital. The birth centre and children's ward welcome parents at any time.

Is There Parking?

Yes, on site at every location, with the first two hours free for patients.

What Should I Bring To My First Visit?

Photo ID, your insurance card, a list of your medicines and any recent test results.

How Long Do Test Results Take?

Most blood tests are back within 24 hours and appear in your account; scans are reported the same day.

Who Explains My Results?

Your doctor. Anything unexpected and we call you, rather than waiting for your next visit.
