Questions & Answers
Everything members ask before their first box.
The Box
The first crops of this week’s harvest, in the same packing order for every size: a small box holds seven, a medium ten and a large thirteen. The list changes with the months.
Yes. A small box can swap two crops a week, a medium three and a large four, for anything else in this week’s harvest.
No. Pay box by box, skip any week, pause for a holiday or stop whenever you like.
A box every week costs five per cent less than a box every two weeks. The extras and the delivery fee stay the same.
Delivery
Your ZIP code decides it: Petaluma on Tuesdays, Santa Rosa on Wednesdays, West County on Thursdays, Sonoma Valley and North Marin on Fridays.
Yes, from the packing shed on Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, free of charge.
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipisicing elit. Tell us where to leave it; the boxes are insulated and keep for a day.
Leave last week’s crate out and the driver takes it back to be washed and packed again.
Skipping & Pausing
Until two days before your delivery, at 8 pm. After that the box is being packed.
In Manage My Box, flip the switch beside the week. Nothing is packed or charged for a skipped box.
Pause for two, four or six weeks and your box comes back on its own afterwards.
The Growers
Eight growers within twenty-eight miles of the packing shed: two under glass, two in the fields, an orchard, a beekeeper, a dairy and a pasture for the hens.
Sed ut perspiciatis aperiam unde omnis istetus error sit voluptatem. No sprays have been used on our fields since 2009.
Yes: the greenhouse open day on the first Sunday of each month, the Saturday market and the honey and cheese mornings on the events page.
No question matches that. Try another word, or ask the packing shed.
