What We Teach

Four Schools, One Studio Floor

Designers, stylists, photographers and makeup artists learn side by side, the way they will work: on the same shoots, for the same show.

The Design Studio

From Croquis To Campaign

Every garment in the graduate show starts as a line on paper. Scroll, and one linen dress makes the whole journey.

  1. SketchThe croquis: the idea on a long figure, in a few loose lines.
  2. FlatThe technical drawing: seams, darts and the zip, for the pattern cutter.
  3. ToileThe test garment in calico, chalked and pinned on the stand.
  4. PhotographThe finished dress, shot by the photography school.
The finished dress: periwinkle linen, fitted bodice and a flared skirt, on pastel blocks Sketch
