Booking A Shoot
Send the brief on Book A Shoot: the shoot type, a day from the live calendar, the looks and images, the team and your details. We confirm within a working day and hold the date with a 30% deposit.
Two to four weeks for an editorial, four to eight for a campaign with a casting. The calendar shows every free shoot day from 2 days ahead.
Yes. The day rate is the same; travel, location fees and permits are quoted with the shoot.
Monday to Friday 9:00 to 19:00, Saturday 10:00 to 16:00. Shoot days can start earlier for hair and make-up.
Rates & Usage
A beauty editorial day is €2,400 and includes 6 looks and 8 retouched images; a half day is €1,450 with 3 looks and 4 images.
Each shoot type has its own price per look over the included number: €150 on a beauty editorial, €380 on a beauty campaign.
The licence is the creative fee times three factors: the media, the territory and the term. Editorial use is included; a year of web and social in one country adds 0.4 of the fee.
Quotes show the subtotal and 20% VAT on top; the total and the deposit include it.
Retouching
Five working days from your picks, or 48 hours with rush delivery at +25% of the retouching.
Natural (€45 an image), High-End Beauty (€95) and Composite (€160). The images a day includes are retouched at the Natural level.
In your proofing gallery: tap the heart on each frame. The count follows your picks against the images your shoot includes.
Delivery & The Studio
Full-resolution TIFF and JPEG through a download link, plus web crops, kept for twelve months.
Renewals are priced on the same factors; editorial archive use stays included.
