Orders & Delivery
Orders placed before 2 pm on a weekday leave the same day; UK Tracked 24 arrives the next working day. Europe takes two to four days and the rest of the world four to seven.
UK delivery is £4.95, free over £150; express is £12. Europe is £14, free over £300. The rest of the world is £24.
Yes: choose click and collect at checkout and pick a store. It is ready in two hours during opening hours, and free.
Every price includes UK VAT at 20%. Orders to the rest of the world may pay local duties on arrival.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unworn with its tags, free by post or in any store.
Items we have altered for you cannot be returned, so we pin everything at a fitting before the work starts.
Return the piece and order the new size, or bring it to a store and swap it on the spot.
Sizing
Measure round the fullest part of your chest: the size guide turns it into a jacket size, and your waist into the drop and the trousers.
The drop is the jacket's chest minus the trousers' waist, in inches. Our suits come with a drop of six; a drop of eight is athletic, four is comfort.
The length follows your height: short up to 173 cm, regular to 183 cm, long above. The guide gives the back length and the inside leg for each.
True to UK size. The size guide converts UK to EU and US.
Tailoring
Yes, the tailoring room alters anything in good condition; prices are on the alterations page.
Hemming is free on every pair of trousers you buy from us, plain or with a turn-up.
Each job has its working days on the menu; several run side by side. Express halves the time for half as much again. The workroom is shut on Sundays and Mondays.
Appointments
You can walk in, but a booked fitting guarantees a tailor and a fitting room. Fittings, pin-ups and styling are free.
Ninety minutes for up to six of you with a tailor; the fee comes off the suits.
Yes, from your account or by calling the store, up to two hours before.
Gifts
Gift cards from £25 to £500, sent by email or in a card in store, valid for two years.
Every order can be gift wrapped for £5, with a handwritten note.
Gifts can be exchanged in any store or by post within the returns window, with the gift receipt.
