Age & Orders
Hemp and CBD products are sold to adults aged 21 and over. The site asks once, and every order and pickup is checked against a photo ID.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm on a weekday leave the same afternoon; later orders ship the next weekday. Most parcels arrive two days after dispatch.
Shipping is $6.50, free on orders of $60 or more, free on every subscription and free when you pick up in store.
Lab Results
Every pack carries a batch code. Type it on the Lab Results page and the certificate for that batch opens: CBD measured against the label, THC against the limit and every safety panel.
An independent ISO/IEC 17025 accredited lab in Austin tests every batch before it reaches a shelf. A batch that fails does not ship.
Hemp products must hold no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC by weight. Each certificate shows the measured figure next to that limit.
Strength & Servings
Divide the CBD in the bottle by its drops: a 30 ml bottle holds about 600 drops, so a 1500 mg oil gives 2.5 mg a drop and 25 mg in a half dropper.
Most people start gentle and stay there for a week or two. Our staff cannot give medical advice; if you take medication, speak to your doctor first.
Subscriptions
Fifteen percent every four weeks, twelve percent every six weeks and ten percent every eight weeks, with free shipping on every delivery.
Skip the next delivery, pause or change how often from your account, up to the day before it ships.
Store Pickup
Orders placed during opening hours are ready in about an hour. Orders placed after closing are ready an hour after the store opens.
Your order number and a photo ID showing you are 21 or over. We hold pickups for five days.
