Lassippers began at a two-metre stall behind Chandni Chowk, where our founder learned that great lassi is not blended — it is churned, slowly, until the dahi turns to silk.

Every bar we open keeps that rule. Brass pots, wooden madhanis, fruit cut the same morning, and kulhads that keep every sip cool the way glass never will.
