Made To Order
Each piece is cut in the Paris atelier once it is ordered, in the cloth, the size and the length you choose. Nothing sits in a warehouse.
The cloth's weeks from the mill, the atelier's queue (2 weeks today) and the making weeks for that kind of piece. Every piece page counts it in working days and gives the date.
For three weeks from 1 August and over Christmas; ready dates already skip both.
A deposit of 50% when you order, the balance and the shipping before the piece leaves the atelier.
Sizes & Fit
Use the size finder: your bust, waist and hips in centimetres give a size for each, and the largest is the one to order.
Choose To Your Measurements on the piece page: the pattern is re-cut for you, for 15% more and one week longer.
Hems and sleeves can be shortened or lengthened by 3 cm at no charge.
Appointments
At the Paris atelier, the London salon at Hart & Lowe and the New York showroom at Mercer Row, each in its own time zone.
Fittings and consultations hold a deposit that comes off your order; a private viewing and aftercare have none.
The Paris flagship is open to everyone in its hours; fittings and consultations are by appointment.
Shipping & Duties
Everywhere. France ships free; the EU, the UK, the US and the rest of the world each have a standard and an express rate.
Prices include French VAT. Orders shipped outside the EU have it taken off at checkout, and local duties are paid on delivery.
Use ATELIER10 in your bag for 10% off the pieces.
