After this many idle seconds a self-order kiosk asks the guest whether they are still ordering, then empties the basket and returns to the welcome screen, so the next customer never inherits an abandoned order. Set 0 to disable (minimum 10s when on).
How much of the ticket journey the kitchen board handles on its own. Both are off until you turn them on.
