Questions & Answers
The board, the pies, the tickets and the back rooms.
The Slice Board
Every slice has its own oven cycle from the moment a shop opens: plain cheese every fifteen minutes, pepperoni every twenty, the squares every forty or so. The board follows the clock, so Just Out means a pie came out in the last few minutes.
The specials are capped at a number of pies a day. Once the last one is gone, the board says Sold Out Today until tomorrow.
Slices are first come, first served. If you want a sure thing, order a whole pie: it comes out of the oven for you, twenty-five minutes after you order.
Pies & Delivery
Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and the Bronx, from the nearest shop. Put your ZIP code in at checkout to see the fee, the minimum and the minutes to your door.
Yes. Choose the shop and a pickup time at checkout; the pie goes in the oven to land on that time.
Each code has its hours: LUNCH15 on weekdays from 11 to 3, PIEDAY all Wednesday, LATE4 after 11 on Friday and Saturday nights, FAMILY10 on Sundays with two pies or more.
Event Tickets
The calendar shows the seats left for every night. Once a night is full, it says so; the next date is usually a week away.
Up to 48 hours before the event, yes, in full. After that we can move your ticket to another date.
No. Sign up at the door from 7:30 pm; the ticket gets you in, a slice and a soda, and a five-minute slot if you want one.
Private Parties
The Back Room in Williamsburg takes sixty, the Arcade Room in Park Slope forty. The estimator tells you which fits.
Send the request with your date and guests; a 25% deposit holds the room once we confirm.
Of course. Or order the pizza cake: three pies stacked, a candle on top.
