Booking A Shoot
Send the brief on Book A Shoot: the studio or a location, a day from the live calendar, the products, the sets and usage and your details. We confirm within a working day and hold the date with a 30% deposit.
Two to three weeks for packshots, four to six for a campaign with a built set. The calendar shows every free shoot day from 3 days ahead.
Yes. The rate per image is the same; a location fee of €380 a shoot day and travel past the first 20 km are added to the quote.
Monday to Friday 8:30 to 18:00. Shoot days can start earlier for a big set build.
Rates & Usage
By the final image: a packshot is €38 an image from 10 images, a still life €210 from 4. The shoot days follow from how many images a day yields.
The paper sweep is included. A styled set is €420 and a built set from the workshop €1,350, each set.
The licence is a share of the creative fee: 25% for web and social, 55% with print and 100% (the full fee) with outdoor, for a year in one country; longer terms and wider territories multiply it.
Quotes show the subtotal and 21% VAT on top; the total and the deposit include it.
Retouching
The files arrive 7 working days after the shoot, or 2 with rush delivery at +35% of the retouching.
Basic is included; Standard (€16 an image), Advanced (€42) and Composite (€95) add shape, colour matching and combined frames.
Every packshot from Standard up comes with a clipping path and a natural shadow on its own layer.
Samples & Delivery
To the sample intake desk at Keileweg 18, 3029 BS Rotterdam, weekdays 9:30 - 17:00. Label each product with its SKU; we log, photograph and return or courier them.
Full-resolution TIFF and JPEG through a download link, plus the marketplace crops, kept for twelve months.
