Water, Leaf & Time

A Guide For Every Tea

Choose a tea and the vessel you brew in. The guide weighs the leaf for your pot, reads the water in °C or °F and times each infusion.

  • Mind The Water

Boiling water scalds green and white tea. Let it stand, or use the temperature the guide gives.

  • Weigh The Leaf

Move the vessel slider: the grams follow your pot or gaiwan, never a guess.

  • Lengthen Each Steep

Every infusion adds a few seconds. The counter knows how long the one you are on should be.

The leaf gives most at first. Adding a few seconds each time draws an even cup from every infusion until the leaf is spent.
