Data reset

Permanently remove demo or unwanted records to start fresh. Flip a toggle for each data type you want to wipe — each one clears that data across the whole platform. This cannot be undone, so export anything you need first.

Orders & payments 131 rows Every order with its items, payments, status history, driver pings and parked POS tickets. Reservations 89 rows All table bookings and their history (labels and blackout dates are kept). Reviews 55 rows All customer reviews across every restaurant. Menu items & categories 542 rows Every restaurant’s menu categories, items, option groups, ingredient links and day-part schedules. Taxonomy 73 rows Cuisines, food-type and store-type tags and their groups — the four lists on the Taxonomy screen — with the links that attach them to restaurants. The storefront filters stay empty until you add your own; a reinstall brings the shipped set back. Restaurants & all their content 69 rows Full vendor wipe — restaurants plus their menus, floor plan, kiosks, hours, delivery zones, orders, reservations, reviews, stock and till data. Owner, staff and driver logins are kept — they have their own switch below. Inventory & stock 4 rows Stock items and their full movement ledger. Cash drawer & shifts 25 rows Till sessions and the cash-movement ledger. Coupons 9 rows All discount coupons. Loyalty accounts & points 19 rows Customer point balances and their transaction history (reward catalogue is kept). Sponsored campaigns 12 rows Promoted placements, their history and tracked events. Vendor subscriptions 99 rows Plan subscription records (the plans themselves are kept). Vendor payouts 3 rows Payout runs to restaurants and their line items. Blog posts & comments 15 rows All blog posts and reader comments (blog categories are kept). Contact messages 12 rows Messages received through the contact form. Newsletter subscribers 52 rows Email addresses collected by the newsletter signup. Notifications 702 rows In-app notifications and admin broadcasts. Email log 85 rows Delivery records of emails sent from the platform. SMS log 1 row Delivery records of text messages sent from the platform. Customer accounts 23 rows Customer logins and their personal data — saved addresses, payment methods, favourites and loyalty. Admin accounts are never touched; vendor, staff and driver logins have their own switch below. Past orders/reviews stay unless cleared above. Vendor, staff & driver accounts 84 rows Restaurant owner, staff and driver logins, with the driver profiles and staff history. Super admin accounts — including yours — are never touched; their restaurants and data are cleared by the switches above. Audit logs 619 rows Admin and account audit-log history.

Clearing data cannot be undone from inside the dashboard, so a full copy of the database is written before anything is deleted. If the copy cannot be written, the clear does not run.
