Annual billing

%
Off the price of twelve months when a vendor pays for the year up front.

Platform invoice tax

%
Printed on every invoice the platform issues.

Currency

Seeds a new restaurant's tax when it signs up. Each restaurant then sets its own tax under Vendor → Settings → Tax.

Cash on delivery

Split payments

Collect every online order on the platform, keep your cut, and pay each restaurant its share into its own account.

Choose one gateway to both collect and disburse. The other gateway is switched off across the platform while split payments is on; cash is unaffected.

AI

The platform-wide switch for every AI feature.

What AI is used for

Each use picks its own provider and model — reading a menu and answering a question do not want the same one.

Assistant

Answers questions about the dashboard, for platform staff and restaurants.

Menu scanning

Reads the text out of a menu photo, PDF, document or web page and turns it into dishes a restaurant can review and import.

Provider keys

Add a key for every provider you want available. Each is stored separately and none is shared.

Google reCAPTCHA

Connected

v2 shows a checkbox widget the visitor clicks; v3 runs silently in the background and scores the visitor instead. Each is a separate key pair in Google's reCAPTCHA console — switching versions means generating a new site key + secret below, the old pair won't work with the other version.

Create a matching v3 (score-based) key pair in the Google reCAPTCHA admin console. Both fields must be set before anything appears on the site.

Google Sign-In

Connected

In Google Cloud Console → Credentials, create an OAuth client and add this authorized redirect URI: https://your-domain.com/auth/google/callback

The button appears only on the sign-in and register forms. One Tap shows Google’s own prompt in the corner of any page a signed-out visitor lands on, and replaces the button. One Tap runs in the browser, so it also needs ../../index.html added to the same OAuth client as an Authorized JavaScript origin.

Google Business Profile

Connected

Restaurants can import their menu from their own Google listing. Uses the Client ID and Secret above — add ../../index.html as a second redirect URI in the same Google Cloud app. Google must also approve your Cloud project for Business Profile API access before any live call succeeds. The sign-up page connects listings too — add ../../index.html as a third redirect URI on the same app.

Sandbox imports a bundled sample menu and contacts Google not at all, so no credentials apply to it — that is how this feature can be demonstrated before Google grants API access. Either live mode makes real calls, and both still need Google to approve your Cloud project for the Business Profile API.

Maps & Live Tracking

Connected

Your Mapbox public access token (starts with pk.), from account.mapbox.com. Public by design — it runs in the visitor's browser — so restrict it to your domain(s) in the Mapbox console.

A Google Maps JavaScript API key with the Maps JavaScript API enabled (that is all the maps use). Public by design — restrict it to your domain(s) and that API in Google Cloud Console. Google requires a billing account on the key even within its free tier.

Location Detection

No key

GPS asks the visitor for permission and needs no key. IP lookup is silent but needs the endpoint and key below — without them it falls back to GPS and nothing leaves your server.

An https URL containing {ip}, and {key} if your provider needs one. Leave empty to disable IP lookup.

The ends of the distance slider customers use to search near them. Enforced on the server, so a distance outside this range is brought back into it.

Email (SMTP)

Connected

Deliver transactional emails via your SMTP server.

Configure an SMTP server to send transactional emails (order confirmations, password resets and more). While this is off, emails are skipped.

Text messaging

One gateway serves every text the platform sends: verification codes, table-ready alerts and payment links. Connect a provider here and each of those uses it.
