These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QuickMunch website, ordering platform and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.</p><h2 id="acceptance">1. Acceptance of these terms</h2><p>By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.</p><h2 id="accounts">2. Your account</h2><p>You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your country to place an order. When you create an account you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.</p><h2 id="orders-payment">3. Orders and payment</h2><p>When you place an order you are making an offer to purchase the selected items from the restaurant at the prices shown. The order is accepted once the restaurant confirms it. Prices, delivery fees, taxes and any applicable service charges are displayed before you confirm. Restaurants set their own menus, prices and minimum-order amounts. Available payment methods (such as cash on delivery and offline payment) are shown at checkout; your order is fulfilled once payment terms are met according to the chosen method.</p><h2 id="cancellations-refunds">4. Cancellations and refunds</h2><p>You may cancel an order before the restaurant begins preparing it. Once preparation has started, an order generally cannot be cancelled. If an order is missing items, incorrect or not delivered, contact us or the restaurant promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Refunds, replacements or credits are handled case by case in line with the restaurant's policy and applicable consumer-protection law.</p><h2 id="restaurant-responsibilities">5. Restaurant responsibilities</h2><p>Restaurants listed on the Service are independent businesses responsible for preparing food safely, describing their menu items accurately (including allergens and dietary information), honouring published prices and hours, and complying with all food-safety and licensing requirements that apply to them. QuickMunch provides the technology that connects diners and kitchens; it does not prepare the food.</p><h2 id="delivery">6. Delivery and pickup</h2><p>Delivery times shown are estimates and may vary with demand, weather and traffic. For delivery orders you agree to provide a complete, accurate address and to be reachable so the order can be handed over. For pickup orders you agree to collect within a reasonable time. Risk in the food passes to you on delivery or collection.</p><h2 id="acceptable-use">7. Acceptable use</h2><p>You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular you must not place fraudulent or abusive orders, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the platform, submit false reviews, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.</p><h2 id="liability">8. Limitation of liability</h2><p>The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QuickMunch is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.</p><h2 id="governing-law">9. Governing law</h2><p>These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. The operator should insert the governing jurisdiction that applies to their business here.</p><h2 id="changes">10. Changes to these terms</h2><p>We may revise these Terms to reflect changes to the Service or for legal reasons. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Please review this page periodically.</p><h2 id="contact">11.
