Your Measurements

Measure in a soft, unpadded bra, standing straight with the tape level all round.

Where to measure: the bust tape at the fullest point, the underbust tape just below
  1. UnderbustSnug round your ribcage, right under the bust (the dashed tape). This sets the band.
  2. BustLoosely round the fullest part, tape level at the back (the solid tape). This sets the cup.
  3. Breathe OutRead the tape on a gentle breath out; between two numbers, take the nearer one.

The band does the work, the straps only steady it, and the centre sits flat against you.

The Size Guide

Measure snugly round your ribcage just under the bust for the band, in inches, and round the fullest part of the bust for the cup. The band is the underbust to the nearest inch, rounded up to an even number; every inch of difference between the bust and the band is one cup.
