Drops & Raffles
A sneaker every Saturday at 10:00, the apparel capsule on the first Friday of the month and the deck series on the third Friday, both at 18:00. The Drop Calendar works them out from today.
Raffles open on Monday at 10:00 and close on Thursday at 23:59. We draw on Friday at noon and email every entry with its result; winners pay within 48 hours and collect on Saturday or have the pair posted.
One entry per person per drop. A second entry with the same email or the same address is cancelled before the draw.
The drop page splits the pairs over the size run and shows the entries in every size as they come in, so you can see the odds in yours before you enter.
Sizing & Fit
Our sizes are UK men's. Measure your foot from heel to longest toe; the Size Guide turns it into UK, US and EU and keeps it as your size.
Each one says so on its page: the Dove Knit and the Night Run run small (half a size up), the Court Leather runs large (half a size down).
Boxy cuts are wide in the body with a dropped shoulder: take your usual size for the look, or one down for a closer fit.
Shipping & Returns
UK orders over £100 ship free; under that standard shipping is £4.95. Collect in store is always free.
Orders in by 14:00 on a weekday leave the same day; after that, the next working day.
Within 30 days, unworn with the tags on. Raffle pairs can be exchanged for another size if we have one, not refunded.

Sneaker Care
From the same day for a lace swap to 10 working days for a full restoration. The Sneaker Care page gives the ready date for your services.
Three services or more take 15% off; two pairs or more take another 10%.
Yes, by hand with a brush and steam, then re-napped. Ask for the protect coat afterwards.
Skate Set-Ups
Mostly by your shoe size: UK 6-7 on a 7.75, 7.5-9 on an 8.0, 9.5-10.5 on an 8.25, 11 and up on an 8.5. The Size Guide does it for you.
On wheels of 56 mm and bigger, so they never touch the deck on a turn. The builder adds them and longer bolts.
Assembly is £5, and free when the parts come to £150 or more.
