Exteriors need the sun on the main facade. If the forecast turns, we move the shoot to the next free day at no charge, up to the evening before.

Yes, as a co-licensee: the builder pays 40% of the creative fee for its own licence, and your fee falls by 10%.

Each co-licensee takes 10% off the commissioning party's creative fee, up to 30%, and pays its own share for its own licence.
