Salt Road
A sixty-second spot for Northline Outerwear, shot over two days at Montauk.
A Coat, A Dune And The Wind
Northline asked for sixty seconds about a coat that keeps the weather out. We gave them two walkers, one dune and the wind off the Atlantic, and let the coats do the talking.
We shot over two days at Montauk on the large-format camera with 2x anamorphic glass, in 2.39:1, with the walk at 48 frames and the coat at 120. The edit ran five days; Noor's grade kept the sand warm and the sea cold, and every cut-down came out of the same master.
