A Small Kitchen That Grew
Savorly started in a Portland kitchen in 2016 with one rule: a recipe goes up only when it works on a Tuesday.
Today eight home cooks write for Savorly from eight kitchens, and every recipe is cooked three times before it is published: once by the cook who wrote it, once by a cook who has never seen it, and once by a reader from our tasting club.
