Clara Whitfield

Clara trained as a pharmacist, then spent two summers on tea gardens in Darjeeling and Shizuoka. She opened the first Infusia stall in 2011 with four blends and a hand-written steep card for each.

She still designs every house blend, tastes every batch on a Tuesday afternoon and answers the builder's trickiest questions herself.
