On arrival, once you have seen the room. Booking online holds the suite for twenty-four hours but takes no money and stores no card.
It comes off the boarding line only, not off extra services. Two pets take ten percent off boarding, three or more take fifteen. The calculator shows it as its own line so you can see exactly what it saved.
No. We charge nights, not days. A Monday drop-off and a Friday collection is four nights, which is what the calculator counts.
Only if you ask us to add something. We will never add a charge without calling you first, and the vet is the one exception, where we act and tell you immediately.
