A full groom takes between ninety minutes and three hours depending on coat, and it happens on the morning of check-out so your pet goes home clean rather than sleeping off a bath in a kennel.
The salon is a separate room with a hydro bath, a non-slip table and low-noise dryers. Only one animal is in there at a time. Nobody is left tied on a table while the groomer answers a phone.
We start with the parts most dogs mind least and leave the face and feet until last, by which point most have decided the room is boring rather than frightening. If your pet is genuinely distressed we stop, put them back in their suite, tell you what happened and do not charge you.
We would rather send a dog home half groomed and calm than fully groomed and terrified of the next appointment. Arjun Raghunathan, Groomer & Nutritionist

Never. If an animal cannot be groomed calmly without sedation, that is a conversation for you and your vet, not something we arrange here.
Yes. Salon-only appointments run Tuesday to Friday and are booked through reception rather than the stay booking form.
Severe matting is clipped out rather than brushed out, because brushing it is painful. We will call you before we take the coat shorter than you asked for.
