Yes. Call reception or message through the owner portal and we will add it the same day if the diary allows. The extra is charged at the standard rate and appears on your final invoice.
We never force a groom. Nervous first-timers get a short session with no dryer, and if it is clearly distressing we stop, tell you, and do not charge for the appointment.
Two carers. One gives the dose, a second initials the log. Medication handling is charged at six dollars a night and the full signed sheet is emailed to you at the end of the stay.
Twelve miles from the building, each way. Beyond that we can usually still help but it is quoted separately, because the van is out of service for the rest of that morning.
