The Residency
A different guest chef cooks at Cuisora every month, from the first to the last day, with their own menu at the counter and their plates beside the house list.
The residency calendar shows the chef in residence now, the nights left and who comes next; it follows today's date.
On the last Sunday the outgoing and incoming chefs cook one menu together: the handover supper.

Counter & Tables
Twelve stools facing the pass, 9 plates a night, two sittings from Wednesday to Sunday at 6:00 pm and 8:45 pm.
Yes: the booking shows the counter seat by seat, with the stools already taken; you can book up to 4.
$30 a seat when you book, the rest on the night. The wine pairing is $55 a seat.
Yes: the dining room, the window bar and the courtyard book through Book A Table, for up to 8 guests.
The Cookbook Shop
Every guest chef signs their book at the counter: a signed copy is $8 more.
Orders over $75 ship free; under that, shipping is $7, or collect from the counter for nothing.
A box of three, of five or the year box of twelve; fill every place and the books are 10% off.
