What You Get
Sourcing is the part most teams get wrong, because the shortlist is usually built from whoever an agency has a relationship with. We build it from the roster data instead: the audience the brief describes, the engagement rate over the last ninety days, the formats the creator actually delivers, and the price they have published.
Ten creators come back in a single document. Each card carries the numbers, the rate for the format you asked for, one line on why they are on the list, and a link to three pieces of past work in your category. You approve, reject or ask for a second pass.
How The List Is Built
We filter the roster down on audience match first, then on engagement against the category median, then on whether the creator has delivered the format inside the last quarter. What survives is ranked on cost per thousand engaged, not cost per thousand followers, which is why the list rarely looks like the one an agency would send.
Half the creators on our first Creatrix shortlist were people we had never heard of. Three of them are now on retainer.
What It Costs
Sourcing is $1,400 for a single brief, or included in campaign management. A second pass on the same brief is free. If none of the ten are right, you do not pay — that has happened four times in six years and we would rather keep it that way.
