House Rules
Four Things We Never Do
No Palm Oil
Sunflower and coconut oil only, and never more than the clusters need.
No Syrup Slabs
Bars are pressed from the mix, not cut from a block of glucose.
No Pectin Shortcuts
Jam sets on the fruit's own pectin and a squeeze of lemon.
No Mixed Plastics
Pouches go in the kerbside bin, jars come back for a refill discount.
