Beans & Roasting
Every order is roasted on the next Tuesday or Friday and shipped the same afternoon, so beans reach you two to four days after the roast.
Light roasts show the farm: bright, floral and fruity. Medium is sweet and round, medium dark brings chocolate and body, and dark is smoky and bittersweet.
Whole bean keeps longer and tastes better if you have a grinder. If not, choose the grind for your brewer and we grind it on the roast day.
The Coffee Club
Fifteen per cent a bag every week, twelve every two weeks and ten every four weeks, with free shipping on every box.
Yes. Change the coffee, the grind or the rhythm, skip a box or pause the club from your account before the roast day.
Choose the Roaster's Rotation and we send a different single origin every delivery, picked on the cupping table.
Brewing
Start at 1 : 16 for pour over, 1 : 15 for Chemex and French press and 1 : 2 for espresso. The brew guide works out the water for any dose.
In the bag they came in, sealed, somewhere cool and dark. Not the fridge. Use them within a month of the roast.
Orders & Shipping
Shop orders over the free shipping threshold ship free, and every coffee club box ships free.
Not yet. We ship to every state, and you can collect at the Roastery Bar.
Bars & Classes
Yes, classes are small. Public cuppings on Saturday are free but seats still need a booking.
Every bar sells the full roast by the bag, and grinds it for you on the spot.
No question matches that word. Try roast, grind, club or shipping.
